It begins on March 14th 1975, when Jean-Pierre Bruneau settled in the north of Brussels (Ganshoren). His experience reveals the importance of vegetables and became a major and modern asset.

J-P Bruneau fully assumes, as ‘Rotisseur’, his style in a generous and professional atmosphere. Together with his brigade, he concocts a generous and carefull ‘cuisine’.
